Yoga Nidra Relaxation is a 35 minute practice offering a deeply nurturing and restful experience. This is the version with gentle background music playing beneath my voice.

At the beginning I will encourage you to lie down on a soft surface, ensuring you are warm, comforable and unlikely to be disturbed. The intention then is to remain awake and fairly still as you close your eyes and listen to my voice guiding you through this classic yoga relaxation practice.  It’s fine if you slip in and out of sleep, the relaxation will still work. And you will hopefully finish the session feeling refreshed and restored.

Following the classic stages of a yoga nidra practice, I will guide you through settling in, intention setting (san kalpa), rotation of consciousness, breath awareness and visualisation. It is a deeply nurturing and relaxing experience.
