EASE INTO MOVEMENT

A series of short classes designed to get you moving, perhaps after a period of inactivity. Practice the first class every day (or every other day) for a week or two until it becomes familiar – then move on to the next class. There is some effort required but if you work gradually and repetitively you will build real strength and mobility. Set an intention and make a beginning – you can do this!
