Description: Open Door Meditation is a 15 minute practice to help balance emotions. In this guided meditation practice I guide you through visualising and ‘welcoming in’ different aspects of yourself – the idea being that if we bring in all our emotions, the difficult as well as the nice ones, we might find balance and wholeness. This interesting and healing meditation is taken from Georgia Keal’s “The Meditation Handbook” and is, I think, especially helpful on life’s difficult days.
